Go Speed Racer Go?

Does anyone else wonder if there is gonna be any of Speed's heavy breathing as he spins the wheel thru the dangerous terrain? (I haven't seen any in the trailers)
Call me a purist, but if they leave that out it will be missing some nostalgic flavor. OBTW...My casting choice for the feature film in 1976 that I would have made but didn't have the money is:
ROB LOWE as Speed Racer
VICTOR FRENCH as Pops Racer
ALLY SHEEDY as Trixie
PATRICK SWAZIE as Sparky
MIKE LOOKINLAND as Spritle
GIL GERARD as RACER X
and all of my friends know who I would have cast as Chim Chim.
